Cancellations are fully refunded if communicated to the Company at least 15 mins before the driver starts the goods moving service for on demand services and minimum 24 hours before for the scheduled services. No cancellations are accepted after the goods moving service has started or ended. Upon cancellation, the customer has to inform by sending a mail to email@example.com . If a cancellation is made after starting of the service, or on the scheduled service delivery, the Company will not refund your payment. In cases of “no show” by the user, no refunds will be provided.
